3. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Technical payment error
• Payment deducted but seat/admission not confirmed
• Exceptional cases approved by management

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by management.

4. Seat Cancellation Policy

If a student voluntarily cancels admission after seat confirmation:

• Refund may not be applicable
• Reserved seat charges may be forfeited
• Any used membership duration will be deducted

Management reserves the right to decide the final refund amount, if any.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must contact management with:

• Seat Number
• Payment Receipt or Screenshot
• Registered Mobile Number
• Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests without valid proof may be rejected.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

• 5 to 10 working days
• Depending on bank/payment gateway processing time

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

8. Misconduct & Rule Violation

No refund will be provided if admission is cancelled due to:

• Indiscipline
• Violation of library rules
• Damage to property
• Misuse of facilities
